Barry Silver
Director of Sales

Barry Silver is a founding partner at Mailmark. Since the company began in November 1983, he has provided sales expertise which keeps Mailmark at the forefront of new product development and innovation in the direct marketing industry. He takes an active role in shaping the future of the automotive aftermarket and seeks new opportunities in different markets.

Prior to Mailmark, Mr. Silver began his career in education as a teacher. He then became a comedy writer for many well-known TV variety shows during the 1970’s and ‘80s.

Mr. Silver earned a bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago.



Reagan Reed
Director of Development

Reagan is responsible for all technology and business development for Mailmark. She has twenty years of experience managing application development on behalf of clients. Her previous experience includes being on the team that produced one of the first non-linear, digital video editing systems for the desktop; Vice President of Electric Image - a 3D animation software developer for films; and most recently, Vice President, Digital Solutions of Applied Graphics Technologies.

Reagan brings an extensive background in marketing primarily in the technology industry. She has also taught marketing and advertising at the Associate degree level. Her hybrid marketing and technology experience benefits customers across multiple industries and allows her to bring innovative products to market quickly.



Dan Bird
Director of Operations

Dan is responsible for executing all production related projects. In his seven year tenure at Mailmark he has been responsible for implementing new procedures and technologies to make workflow more efficient. He was part of the team that launched the 29th installation of the Xerox iGen3 Digital Press and was able to migrate Mailmark's then current production to the digital press in a seamless manner. He was an integral part of identifying technologies to support the variable printing press allowing Mailmark to expand its product offerings to its customers.

Dan's background in production, computers and customer service drives him to create the best customer experience possible.





Megan Lincavage
East Coast Operations Manager

Megan graduated from Iowa State University in May, 1996.  She started working at Mailmark months later, and has been with the company for over 10 years.  In that time, she has worked personally with most of our automotive accounts, including all of our largest customers.  She has held the positions of Manager of Operations and is now Manager of East Coast Operations.  She currently handles Precision Tune Auto Care and Jiffy Lube, along with managing our East Coast Sales and Service Teams.
